You know the basics and can speak a bit in familiar daily situations. Then it's time to become more confident in daily conversations, improve your grammar and build a stronger vocabulary.

You know the basics, you can get around in Dutch and have limited conversations. But you feel that you are not able to really express your thoughts yet. Then continuing with a B1 course would be a good idea. During this course, you will improve your vocabulary with more specific and interesting topics, debate about social issues and use a more complex grammar.

During this second part of the B1 course you will get deeper into the topics and grammar and after finishing the B1 course, finding a job which requires Dutch will be easier and you could study at MBO level (after taking the Staatsexamen I).

This course is for those who don't speak Dutch at a daily basis and would like to continue learning. You will learn to speak like a real Dutch, using idioms, expressions and even swear words. After this course you could take the Staatsexamen II, which allows you to study at HBO level and to find a job which requires Dutch.
